Set within the Snowdonia National Park, it is just a 15 minute walk from the sea and ½ a mile from a pub serving food. At Llanaber Halt, about 100 yards away, visitors can hail the train as it winds its way on its journeys between Pwllheli and Machynlleth. Barmouth with its picturesque harbour, shops, inns and restaurants is 2 miles. Local walking, riding, fishing, golf and cycle hire.

Two bedrooms. Very comfortable beamed sitting room with electric 'wood burning effect' stove and views of Cardigan Bay. Fitted kitchen with dining area. Bathroom/WC (shower over bath). Twin bedded room with wash basin. First floor: Double bedroom.
